Ms. Krystalvine has 19 years of professional experience, with 15 years as a project management professional and certified Scrum Master. Over the years, she has established herself as an expert in project and program management. On a daily basis, she is responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects, including voice- and data-related work. She also helps to plan contingencies and organize meetings while preparing paperwork, negotiating contracts, and guiding project meetings. Ms. Krystalvine started her career in network telecommunications, making installations and repairs with the Marines.
Looking back, Ms. Krystalvine attributes her success to her perseverance, flexibility and goal-oriented nature. She became involved in her profession because of an interest in the organization of experts, of leading teams to successful conclusions, and an almost love of documentation of the information technology in use. Ms. Krystalvine is pursuing a bachelor's degree. In addition to her degree, she is a Certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute, Inc., a Cisco Certified Small and Medium Business Engineer, and a Certified Scrum Master. She maintains affiliation with the Project Management Institute, Scrum Alliance, Inc., and the National Association of Professional Women. In 2013, she was presented with the NAPW Executive Woman of the Year Award. In that same year, she was featured on the cover and as the subject of a featured article in "Pro-Files Magazine." Ms. Krystalvine has also earned an Employee of the Year Award, and she is a Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society Member. In years to come, Ms. Krystalvine will have a bachelor's degree in business management, and become more of a program manager. When she retires from being a program manager, she intends to begin teaching.
