Before joining Sir Richard's, Tracey held roles with the consumer divisions of Estee Lauder, Johnson & Johnson and GlaxoSmithKline. Her work at GlaxoSmithKline led to sales and distribution growth and won industry awards, including the Silver SABRE award for "Superior Achievement in Branding and Reputation."

Tracey earned a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Florida. She currently is relocating to Boulder, Colorado, with her husband and three young children.
