Fremont Micro Devices Announces Advanced Creative China-Weimu Electronic as Distributor in China

    FREMONT, CA, July 09, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Fremont Micro Devices USA Inc., a global leader in the design and manufacture of Serial EEPROM and energy efficient power management integrated circuits, today announced that Advanced Creative China Ltd. has been named to represent their Integrated Circuit product line in China. This addition to the FMD sales network continues to affirm its strategic initiative of providing customers with local design and engineering support, and easy access to their broad offering of semiconductor solutions.

Under the terms of the agreements, Advanced Creative China Limited Hong Kong and its subsidiary Companies doing business as Weimu Electronic Co Ltd and Yagui Electronic Co Ltd. in China is an Authorized Distributor with a franchise to sell and support Fremont Micro Devices non-volatile memory and the power management product portfolio of linear and switching regulators, AC/DC controllers and LED driver solutions to OEM's in a wide range of industrial, commercial and consumer markets. Advanced Creative China is headquartered in Hong Kong and previously was known as William Technology Company Ltd.
