In our recent study into global clinical market share, InterSystems came out as the fastest growing EMR outside the United States
OREM, UT, July 09, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Early data across three continents indicates that satisfaction with InterSystems TrakCare EPR is directly tied to the low price and the extent of module deployment. These and other key findings were revealed in the latest KLAS report, entitled "InterSystems Global 2014: The Story behind TrakCare's Rapid Expansion."
Provider feedback indicates that the EMR's price, which is lower than those of other enterprise solutions, had a major influence on the buying decision, despite the fact that the system lacks some functionality. Additionally, hospitals that deploy the entire suite report significantly higher satisfaction than facilities that choose to implement fewer modules.
"In our recent study into global clinical market share, InterSystems came out as the fastest growing EMR outside the United States," said report author Chris Brown. "Providers wanted to know why and what they could learn from their peers who have already selected TrakCare."
As part of this study, KLAS interviewed facilities across Europe, Asia/Pacific and the Middle East. The report includes provider feedback about current performance, how InterSystems is meeting provider expectations and facilities' future plans for the product.
