Ms. Rodd has 31 years of professional experience, with seven years as the salon owner and stylist for the Zanzibar Hair Studio. Over the years, she has established herself as an expert in hair coloring, as well as customer service and operations management. Looking back, Ms. Rodd attributes her success to her previous employer and mentor, from whom she purchased the salon in 2007.
