Dr. Greene has seven years of experience as an orthopedic surgeon, and a traumatology and sports medicine professional of Baton Rouge Orthopaedic Clinic. Over the years, he has gained extensive skills and experience in treating orthopedic trauma patients, especially by performing pelvic reconstructive surgeries. Prior to joining Baton Rouge Orthopaedic Clinic, Dr. Greene worked as a research assistant at the Pennington Biomedical Research Center from 1995 until 1996, and a head page of the Louisiana State Senate from 1993 until 1995. Dr. Greene feels that his proudest career achievement was being approached by the Serta Company to design a mattress for them; half of the proceeds from the sale of this mattress go to Dr. Green's charitable foundation that supplies aid to countries and communities in need.

Dr. Greene completed a fellowship in orthopedic traumatology through the Harborview Trauma Center at the University of Washington in 2006, having completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery of Texas A&M University in 2005. He also completed a rotating orthopedic surgery internship at Scott & White Hospital in 2001. Dr. Greene earned an MD from the Louisiana State University Health Science Center in 2000 and a degree from Louisiana State University in 1996. He became a board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon through The American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in 2008.
