Loren Roberts Hanish Recognized by Worldwide Branding for Excellence in Neurolinguistic Programming

    TARZANA, CA, July 17, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Loren Roberts Hanish, M.Ed., Ph.D., Hypnotherapist, Neurolinguistic Practitioner and Music Teacher of Mind Over Matter, has been recognized by Worldwide Branding for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in neurolinguistic programming.

Dr. Roberts has 38 years of experience as a hypnotherapist, neurolinguistic practitioner and music teacher of Mind Over Matter. Through her work, she enhances mind, behavior, health, and performance through hypnosis, neurolinguistic programming, and EEG training, also known as neurofeedback. Additionally, she teaches classes on music, vocalization, and how to play musical instruments for children and adults, and directs choirs and instrumental groups.

Dr. Roberts attended the QEEG and Event Related Potentials Seminar in Switzerland in November 2010. Dr. Roberts works with Calabasas Dental Spa and the office of Tania Baker and Leo Treyzon to provide hypno anesthesia for their patients. Looking back, Dr. Roberts attributes her success to her patience, hard work and persistence. She became involved in her profession because she always had a passion for music and was inspired by her father, a musician. In college, she developed a fascination with the physiological processes of the brain and how they relate to mental health and behavior.

Dr. Roberts received a Ph.D. in Psychology from Harvard University in 2010, a Master of Education with summa cum laude honors, and a Bachelor of Arts in music from Belford University, where she graduated summa cum laude in 1990. Dr. Roberts also holds a master practitioner certification in neuro-linguistic programming. She is a member of the Music Teachers National Association and the American Psychological Association. Throughout her career, Dr. Roberts has earned many awards, including a Certificate of Distinction in the Psychology of Music, earned from Belford University, and an Award for Excellence, also presented by Belford University. In years to come, it is Dr. Robert's goal to have established a wellness center that utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to health and wellness. This includes both allopathic and naturopathic medicine and alternative therapies, music, fitness, nutrition, and spirituality.
