The webcast program features service consultant, trainer and author Bryan K. Williams. Williams' specialty areas include service excellence, employee engagement, and quality improvement. He has traveled worldwide to work with more than 100 companies in diverse industries such as healthcare, hospitality, spa, banking and real estate. Williams was the Global Corporate Director of Training and Organizational Effectiveness for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. He holds degrees and certifications in Business Administration, Hotel/Restaurant Management, and Education, including a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership. Williams is the author of two books on service excellence, and was also a member of the Board of Examiners for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.
Scott Sears, M.D., FACP, Chief Clinical Officer of Sound Physicians, will join Williams. As chief clinical officer, Dr. Sears is responsible for clinical outcomes, clinical and physician policies, and physician training and development at Sound Physicians. Previously, Dr. Sears served as Sound Physicians' regional Chief Medical Officer, where he provided organizational leadership, clinical operations and hospitalist program development for Sound Physicians' hospitalist practices in Washington, Montana, Alaska and Nevada. Dr. Sears also served as a faculty member of the American College of Physicians' National Quality Improvement Project, where he was responsible for aiding physicians across the country in developing and implementing quality improvement projects. Dr. Sears completed his medical degree, residency, and chief residency at the University of Washington School of Medicine.
