For the past 12 years, Mr. Rubinstein has served as founding partner and attorney with Rubinstein & Associates, a Florida-based law firm that offers a wide range of legal services in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, probate and estate planning, complex business litigation, and family, corporate and construction law. Mr. Rubinstein is lead counsel, and tasked with overseeing associates, paralegals and assistants, and working with new and existing clients.

He earned a JD from The University of Miami School of Law, after earning a B.A. in economics from George Washington University.
