Balkan Plumbing Grows Client Base Following Deal with R. D'Attile Sewer and Water Main Contractors

D'Attile Sewer and Water Main Contractors in a friendly takeover. The deal follows D'Attile's decision to leave the NYC sewer and water main industry after 40 years in business.
