Williams & Williams is a law firm that deals primarily with personal injury cases including but not limited to car accidents, trucking accidents, motor vehicle defects, products liability, train accidents, child injuries, motorcycle accidents, and other traumatic injuries. The firm also works with clients on issues such as insurance bad faith, criminal defense and workers' compensation.
Mr. Williams has several years of experience as an attorney for Williams & Williams. With a strong desire to help his community and the wronged, he focuses on cases in the plaintiff's arena. On a day-to-day basis, Mr. Williams represents clients as a trial lawyer and is admitted to practice law by the South Carolina Bar Association, the U.S. District Court of South Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals Fourth Circuit.
Looking back, Mr. Williams got involved in the law field because he wanted a career that enabled him to give back and serve his community and the great state of South Carolina. His work has earned him recognition as one of the Top 40 under 40 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association as well as an AV rating from his peers.
Mr. Williams received his degree from the University of South Carolina. He was recently inducted into The American Registry and also maintains affiliations with the South Carolina Association of Justice, the American Association of Justice, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association and the National Trial Lawyers Association. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and volunteering for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity. In the coming years, Mr. Williams would like to develop the law practice to continue to better serve the Orangeburg community.
