    LOS ANGLES, CA, August 18, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kevin Kim, Founder, of MAD MAC Foundation is bringing together again another way to Make a Difference and Make a Change by giving at risk youths additional options by using a restaurant and all the skills that can be taught. Renita's/ MAD MAC Foundation Social Enterprise program consists of Kevin along with Sonia Fleming and Rene Acevedo will bring new technology in the kitchen for creating great Fusion BBQ with a Serious Taste that is Fresh and Fast and provide a place where kids can learn culinary skills. The project is to bring a high end cuisine fresh to a community that it does business in but also the bigger picture is to build up people in the community that are in need of job training, job placement and economic stimulus. In addition it is set up to employ those who have honorably served this country and are now ready to serve the community with the help of 2 restaurants and a epic food truck built to serve.

Renita's Chicken and Grill will be gifting 200 school age children (quantities are limited) during the Grand Opening with the help of MAD MAC and the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department's Youth Activities League. There will also be FREE haircuts offered to the children from St. Julian Barber Shop 107 N Long Beach Blvd, Compton, CA 90221. Renita's Chicken and Grill is inviting everyone to come out and sample the unique flavors that are found in the dishes. Rene Acevedo, Chief Culinary Expert who has over 25 years experience that includes International recognition from Zagat and Mobil Four Star Awards as a Chef at the Wyndham Bel Age Hotel. The restaurant Diaghilev earned many awards, and was one of two that was voted by the California Restaurant Writers Association as a 5 Star restaurant for consecutive years.
