Mr. Whalen has 24 years of professional experience, with nine years as attorney of John B. Whalen, Jr., J.D., LL.M. Throughout his career, he has consistently shown himself to be an expert in probate and estate administration. On a daily basis, he is responsible for representing his clients, primarily in an estate planning capacity. He became involved in his current profession after being awarded the American Jurisprudence Award (among other awards) in the Wills, Trusts, and Estates areas in law school.
Mr. Whalen received a J.D. (Juris Doctorate) from Widener University in 1990, and an LL.M. (Laws Latin Master) from Villanova University in 1994. He was recently inducted into The American Registry and was presented with an AV Preeminent Attorney recognition in 2014. In years to come, he would like to help the current generation, because he is happy where he is right now.
