Mr. Franck has 11 years of professional experience, with three years as an attorney of Cummings & Franck, P.C. On a daily basis, he is responsible for meeting with potential new clients, litigating cases, and managing the law firm.
Looking back over his career as a whole, Mr. Franck attributes his success to putting in the time and developing a focus, which turned out to be employment law. He became involved in his profession because he was driven by identifying employee rights in the workplace.
Mr. Franck received a JD from the University of Southern California's Gould School of Law in 2003. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliation with CELA.
