New Spirits Brand, Bib & Tucker, Announces Inaugural Release of the Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey

    SONOMA, CA, September 26, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Bib & Tucker, a new craft spirits brand from 35 Maple Street Spirits of Sonoma, California has revealed its first release of the Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey which was created in an old-fashioned method, then slowly aged. This spirit was carefully blended to please both the sophisticated palates of today's whiskey connoisseurs, as well as mixologists who will find it versatile for their drink creations.

The new Bib & Tucker Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is inspired by the rough and tumble early days in America, when the term "bib & tucker" was used to describe one's finest attire. This first release from the new Bib & Tucker brand is the result of using the finest ingredients from the 2006 and 2007 grain harvests. A double distillation process is then implemented (first in a column still, then in an antique pot still), followed by aging in No. 1 charred American White Oak barrels for a minimum of six years and then expert blending to acquire the aroma, taste and finish of a complex, yet balanced, top-shelf bourbon whiskey.

The Bib & Tucker Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey opens with a bold, yet harmonious, aromatic blend of vanilla, sweet fresh-cut grass, freshly moistened stones and aged leatherbound books. In the mouth it begins with a hint of sweetness before evolving into a warm, lightly-crisp, spicy experience that culminates with a lingering, multi-dimensional chestnut taste. Fittingly, this new spirit is bottled in an ornate, embellished, amber-color glass bottle shaped like a turn-of-the-last century flask with a natural cork closure.
