On September 23rd, 2014, Mrs Kagame, as Vice President of OAFLA, delivered a communique at an event hosted by UNAIDS. On behalf of the African First Ladies, she expressed OAFLAs commitment to continue advocating for health, especially in the areas of Elimination of Mother to child transmission of HIV and adolescent reproductive health.
