Yvette Poole, Managing Founder of Yvette Poole & Associates, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her latest venture - L'Cheriyve Studios. As the founder of Yvette Poole & Associates she's worked with countless individuals and corporations on developing individuals' unique talents to help people be happier, more effective and more motivated in their jobs. Prior to launching her own firm in 2005, Poole enjoyed a lengthy career as a senior executive in the multi-housing industry while honing in her business acumen. She found that being a female executive in a male dominated boardroom was clearly an asset. "In anything I do, I want respect and admiration," says Poole. "Not just because I want to make an impact, but because I'm intuitive, spontaneous, insightful and fun."

The daughter of an Air Force officer, Poole moved extensively in her youth, teaching her adaptability and acceptance. Her travels also spurred an early interest in fashion, merchandising and boutique sales. Ever the adventurous type, Poole is also a certified yoga instructor and a student of Ayurvedic medicine. Her curiosity, drive, intuition and experience all inspired the launch of L'Cheriyve - a natural extension of her understanding of how human relationships are developed, encouraged and maintained.

Poole's family life is equally as dynamic. Poole and her husband of seven years, share a blended family of seven children ranging in ages from 19 to 32, an experience that's taught the partially reformed Type-A woman to finally say, "Why take life so seriously? Have some fun," she exudes.

Through all of Poole's professional experience and personal discoveries she realized how much the human spirit is stifled in business and in relationships. This epiphany motivated a desire to create L'Cheriyve, a company specifically designed to give her clients, a place to celebrate, where they have permission to be fun, flirtatious and playful. It is through this understanding that L'Cheiryve has created a brand experience like no other.
