Los Angeles Criminal Attorneys Defend Battery Charges, Get Mistrial in Highly Publicized Case

    LOS ANGELES, CA, October 09, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Despite what the media portrayed as a slam dunk case for the prosecution, the trial involving assault and battery charges filed against a 13-year veteran of the Los Angeles Fire Department, Ian Eulian, and his 71-year-old mother, Lonieta Fontaine, who was charged as an accessory, has resulted in a mistrial with jurors unable to come to a unanimous decision.
