Keep It Real - A staggering 80% said they believe their customer service calls feel scripted and robotic and would like to have a more real and personalized conversation.
Quick Resolution - 45% said trying to get the problem they were experiencing resolved was the most complicated request they experienced.
Regular Business Hours - 40% said they prefer to call customer service in the morning, whereas 43% preferred afternoons.
Multiple Delivery Channels - While 55% of those surveyed still prefer to get help by phone, 39% indicated they would also be happy to use web chat, email and social media.
