The Haitian American Nursing Organization & Allied (HANOA) holds its 5th Annual Gala, "For Better Health "For Better Cities, "For Better World", in Boca Raton, Florida

December 6 2014 creating healthy environments in cities is more critical than ever before now that more than half the world's population lives in cities, with that number continuing to grow.

The Haitian American Nursing Organization & Allied (HANOA) will honor Medical Fields Leaders who use Philanthropy to improve health, particularly their participation to help launching the Belle Glade Multicultural Healthfair earlier this year. Leaders honored are:

The event will also salute two key figures in HANOA's history: President Mr. Yves Labady will receive the Health Champion Award for his leadership and long tenure with The Haitian American Nursing Organization & Allied (HANOA) and Vice President Louise Lorraine Voltaire will receive special recognition for her longtime commitment to leadership of the Board of HANOA and her outstanding initiative in creating the Belle Glade Multicultural Health Fair.
