Mr. Bourne-Vanneck received a Juris Doctor from Yale University Law School. A licensed attorney, he is certified by the state of New York and the U.S. Virgin Islands. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliation with the American Bar Association, the Virgin Islands Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Care Attorneys.
