It's been a busy year for the company with the expansion of its self-storage locations and management services. In addition to acquiring new properties, they have also begun the expansion and improvement of their existing facilities. A brand new climate controlled building is scheduled to open in February 2015 at the My Neighborhood Storage Center location on Rinehart Road in Lake Mary, FL. Other major capital improvements include the installation of a new roof at their Kissimmee property.
