COLUMBUS, OH, November 07, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Spot Athletics is pleased to announce the recent addition of Bryan Rudolph to the training staff. Bryan brings a wealth of knowledge to the staff; this former Ohio Dominican University Baseball Player began his collegiate athletic career with a significant number of starts as a freshman. He hails from Pickerington, Ohio and also graduated from Pickerington High School Central where he earned honors as Team MVP and First-Team All-Ohio Capital Conference honors. There, he lettered in both football and baseball.
As a member the The Spot Athletics family, Rudolph will work with individual athletes, general population group classes, and personal training. Previously, Rudolph was a master trainer at a private gym. In addition, he coaches Strength and Conditioning for Baseball at ODU, holds a B.S. in Exercise Science, and is NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
Owner and Head Trainer of The Spot Athletics, JL Holdsworth, had this to say of Rudolph: "Bryan fit right in with my staff and got along great with our clients.
