What is Target Value Design? How can it be incorporated into building projects both large and small to make them more efficient? Umstot's webinar will address these questions head on, by giving examples of Lean Project Delivery and Integrated Project Delivery methods and real life scenarios.
Dave Umstot has a Master of Engineering degree from Colorado School of Mines and is also a Certified Energy Manager by the Association of Energy Engineers. He is a leader in LCI's San Diego Community of Practice and is known nationwide for Lean enterprise and sustainability practices. Umstot has managed public and private sector construction projects and has experience at facilities management. He has also coached project delivery teams on Lean practices.
