Why Does the Performance of Global EMRs Vary by Region?

KLAS looks at EMR performance around the world



Providers in certain geographical areas want more support or vendor involvement than in other places across the globe.

KLAS spoke to providers from around the world to find out how their EMRs are performing. Interviews were based on the core areas of sales and contracting, implementation and training, functionality and upgrades, and service and support. The vendors included in the report are Allscripts, Cerner, ChipSoft, CSC, Epic, InterSystems, MEDITECH, Philips and Siemens.
