Art Kallow Legal Education Seminar Series Presents Legal Experts on New Alimony Law

    CHICAGO, IL, November 14, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Two matrimonial attorneys from the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd. will discuss the new Illinois guidelines to determine spousal maintenance (formerly known as alimony) during the upcoming session of the Arthur Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series. The November 19th event will be held at 6:00 p.m. at 19 S. La Salle Street, Chicago.

Scott A. Shell, multiple award-winning matrimonial lawyer and family law attorney Misty I. Gamino, winner of the prestigious Rising Star award will be the key note presenters. They will lecture and analyze the new spousal maintenance statute that goes into effect Jan. 1, 2015. Shell and Gamino will provide valuable insight relevant to this new law.

Additionally, NFL star Adrian Peterson's philanthropic adviser will present essential tax and gifting strategies.

Internationally acclaimed matrimonial attorney Jeffery M. Leving will moderate the series, named for Art Kallow, an award-winning attorney who has been recognized for his valuable contributions to the Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County.
