"We are extremely thankful for the service of our veterans and will continue doing our part to encourage them to find success in franchising after a career in active duty."
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, November 15, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Anago Cleaning Systems (Anago), a leading commercial-cleaning franchise with more than 2,400 Unit Franchises throughout the United States and internationally, has been named to Franchise Business Review's annual "Top 100 Franchises for Veterans" list, which showcases the most veteran-friendly business opportunities. The report highlights franchise companies that ranked highest in franchisee satisfaction by U.S. military veterans who transitioned from service to business ownership.
"It's an honor for Anago to be ranked among the nation's leading brands that make a concerted effort to support those who have served and offer ownership opportunities for America's veterans," said David Povlitz, Chairman of Anago. "We are extremely thankful for the service of our veterans and will continue doing our part to encourage them to find success in franchising after a career in active duty."
Franchise Business Review, a respected source of independent franchise information based exclusively on ratings and reviews, surveyed more than 2,800 veteran franchisees from nearly 300 franchise brands to assess their satisfaction with the franchisor. The survey focused on areas including financial opportunity, training and support, core values, general satisfaction, and the franchise community. The ratings were then analyzed to compile a list of the top franchises with above-average satisfaction among veterans.
Anago's award recognition presents additional exposure of the company's aim to specifically target the veteran community and those who know how to run a successful operation. Anago is part of the IFA's VetFran program, which offers discounts to veterans who open a franchise. In an initiative to help veterans enter business ownership, Anago launched the $250,000 Veteran Franchise Fund. This program is supported by its plan to award Master Franchise opportunities to 20 military veterans in the next 20 months, where the potential exists to add more than 500 jobs to local economies throughout the United States. Specific information on the Veteran Franchise Fund can be found on the company's Facebook page.
"Business models that follow a standard system for success are an excellent opportunity for veterans, and we have always taken pride in the support we provide our franchisees," said Povlitz. "Our system is made up of hard-working and goal oriented individuals, and we pledge to continue providing all the resources needed for their continued success in the $100 billion commercial-cleaning business."
Anago has been recognized for other achievements in 2014, including being named to four prestigious lists published by Entrepreneur Magazine: "Top Home-Based Franchises," "Top Low-Cost Franchises," the "Franchise 500," and "America's Top Global Franchises."
Since its inception in 1989, Anago has continued to build new relationships within the industry, quickly becoming one of the most recognized names in commercial cleaning. The company has positioned itself on the fast track record for growth, opening more than 400 unit franchises in the past two years.
Anago plans to expand its master franchise territories into additional markets around the United States and internationally.
