Robin Gehrmann, MD, is Versed in Orthopedic Care

    WARREN, NJ, November 19, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Robin Gehrmann, MD, at North Jersey Orthopedic Group, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in medicine.

With 14 years of experience in his field, Dr. Gehrmann is known for his expertise in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery. Daily, he is tasked with taking care of athletes, both operatively and non-operatively, which includes conducting ligament reconstruction and cartilage restoration.

Recently honored by Worldwide Registry, Dr. Gehrmann became involved in his profession because of his interests in Residency Education and his desire to help others return back to their pre-injury level of function.

Well equipped to aid those in need, Dr. Gehrmann is the holder of an MD, earned at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA in 1995, He completed his fellowship in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine at The University of Pennsylvania, and Served as the Chief of Orthopaedic Sports Medicine at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School. He was also among the first class of surgeons to become Subspecialty Board Certified in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine.

An avid networker, Dr. Gehrmann is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Arthroscopy Association of North America, and American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine.

In the years to come, Dr. Gehrmann would like to continue to publish on a national level. In his own words, "I am also involved in residents' education and teaching. I always want to continue that in the future as well."
