Ms. Klinke brings five years of professional experience to her position as the owner of Klinke Immigration, LLC. As an expert in family and humanitarian immigration issues, she works with clients that are seeking to gain citizenship or lawful permanent residency for themselves or family members. Ms. Klinke has spoken at conferences around the country and is a co-author of a John Marshall Law Review article regarding U Certifications in Georgia. She enjoys helping individuals out of difficult sitautions by helping them gain not only immigration status, but also their independence.
Ms. Klinke received a JD from Georgia State University in 2008, a Master of Arts in International Studies from The University of Kansas, and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Kansas. She was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliation with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She currently serves on the AILA Board of Governors, two national committees, and the Executive Committee for the Georgia-Alabama Chapter. She is also a member of the Cobb County Domestic Violence Task Force and Co-Chair for the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network (GAIN). In 2014, she was named as a Rising Star, and she was recognized as a volunteer mentor of the year by GAIN in 2011.
