Michael J. Eyre Recognized for his Legal Prowess

    LONG BEACH, CA, November 25, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Michael J. Eyre, principal attorney of the Law Offices of Michael J. Eyre, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in the practice of law.

Mr. Eyre has been practicing law for over 26 years, and is currently an attorney of the Law Offices of Michael J. Eyre. There, he specializes in the fields of personal injury, business litigation and real estate. On a daily basis, he is responsible for handling disputes ranging from breach of contract and business dissolution to eminent domain and zoning matters, real estate finance disputes, and suits for specific performance. He currently oversees everything from automobile accidents and products liability matters to cases involving dog bites or industrial accidents.

Prior to starting his own firm in 2009, Mr. Eyre worked for the Law Office of Rice & Rothenberg and The Law Firm of Marc S. Rothenberg, in Long Beach, California. Before that, Mr. Eyre worked for several different law firms, mostly engaged in insurance defense and insurance bad faith defense, including the Orange County firm of Hollins, Schechter, Feinstein & Condas, the Los Angeles firm of Veatch, Carlson, Grogan & Nelson, the Orange County firm of Cone, Chiarez & Kassel, and the Long Beach firm of Kaiser, DeBiaso, Palmer and Lopez. He became involved in his profession because he knew at the age of 14 he wanted to be an attorney, having been inspired by watching an uncle, who was also an attorney.

Mr. Eyre received his Juris Doctorate from Western State University, College of Law in 1987, after postgraduate studies in political science from California State University at Long Beach in 1983, and after earning his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of California at Irvine in 1982. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliation with The State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Long Beach Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the Joseph A. Ball/Clarence S. Hunt Inns of Court, in which he is a master of the inn. He has been named a Southern California Top Attorney from 2013-2015 and an AV Preeminent Attorney from 2012-2015. In 2013 and 2014, he received Client Distinction Awards, having earned a PRR AV Preeminent Attorney distinction from Lawyers.com in 2011.
