Oyster lovers will be thrilled with this week's Oyster Duo featuring four East Coast oysters prepared to show delicious contrast. Two are served raw to experience its true flavor and two are served Rockefeller style. Adding an Asian twist, Chef Ye serves the oysters on a bed of seaweed salad and accompanies it with soy pearls and wasabi aioli, $16. Karma's second special is Cashew Crusted Lamb, perfectly grilled and served on a bed of quinoa with sauteed sweet and sour Brussels sprouts with a mint and cucumber yogurt chutney, $24.
