Dashboards

Mark Systems has created user configurable dashboards that measure and graphically display key performance metrics from the integrated knowledge base. Mark Systems IHMS now offers the ability to produce and transmit PDF sales agreements and customer related documents directly to DocuSign. Once a Mark Systems' homebuilder client signs up with DocuSign, IHMS captures account information at both the global and project / salesperson levels. Since all sales documents in IHMS are user defined, the builder can include custom fields for initials, signatures, dates and names along with all of the other available IHMS data base fields. Once defined, builder personnel can generate the sales agreements, change orders, selection sheets and other documents and transmit them to DocuSign with a single click.

Sales Selections on Tablets

Mark Systems IHMS has always led the industry in option selections, giving builders the ability to build with production efficiency, while offering customers a custom home to their tastes. Taking this concept a step further, Mark Systems has now integrated their Internet Toolkit capabilities with option selection in the design center or model home.

Sales personnel and design consultants can now walk the design center floor with an iPad or other internet enabled device, along with the customer, and select colors, materials, appliances, and even custom options.
