Prior to joining Ecoff Law, LLP, a boutique litigation and transactional law firm in Beverly Hills, Mr. Tilles spent his professional career representing a variety of clients in defense of product liability, premises liability, wrongful death, and other personal injury claims, toxic exposure claims including asbestos, benzene, and mold, professional liability claims, construction defect claims, and employment claims including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and retaliation. The move to Ecoff Law, LLP in February 2014 has allowed Mr. Tilles to diversify his practice and expand his skill set.
Mr. Tilles has successfully represented individual and business clients through all aspects of civil litigation from pre-litigation counseling and investigation to mediation, arbitration, trial, and on appeal. He also provides pre-litigation advice and counsel designed to minimize the risk of litigation for clients. Mr. Tilles has represented, and continues to represent, clients in disputes and litigation large and small - from two party disputes involving minor injuries to complex, multi-party litigation involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death. In addition to his work in private practice, Mr. Tilles successfully completed the prestigious Trial Advocacy Project ("TAP"), a program through which selected civil attorneys receive intensive trial training with the goal of graduating into a position as a pro bono publico prosecutor. Upon his completion of the TAP program, Mr. Tilles was appointed a position as a deputy district attorney with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. Prior to joining Ecoff Law, LLP, Mr. Tilles served as Senior Counsel at the Los Angeles office of Gordon & Rees LLP.
