Tax Lawyer Blair Dwyer Recognized by Worldwide Registry

    VICTORIA, BC, December 08, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lawyer Blair P. Dwyer, principal of Dwyer Tax Lawyers, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in tax and estate planning.

Honored as an AV Preeminent Lawyer, Mr. Dwyer parlays more than three decades of experience into tax and estate law. He has been principal of Dwyer Tax Lawyers for 19 years, serving businesses and individuals in tax, trust and estate matters. This includes business reorganizations, partnership and joint venture agreements, co-ownership agreements, family business structures, investment structures and wills and will substitutes.

To qualify him for his career, Mr. Dwyer received a Bachelor of Laws from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 1983. He completed the Ontario Bar Admission Course in 1985, and achieved the top mark in taxation. Recently inducted into Worldwide Registry, Mr. Dwyer also maintains affiliation with the Victoria Bar Association, the Estate Planning Council of Victoria, the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and the International Fiscal Association.

Mr. Dwyer serves on the board of directors for Power To Be, a charitable organization that provides adventure-based outdoor programs for youth and families in need of support. He is an accomplished lecturer and author on tax and estate planning law and previously served as an instructor in advanced tax law for the University of Victoria Law School.
