John Howard Watson Honored for Excellence in Civil Litigation and Business Law

    DULUTH, GA, December 08, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- John Howard Watson, Attorney of John Watson Law Group LLC in Marietta and Duluth, Georgia has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in civil litigation and business law.

Mr. Watson has 41 years of legal experience, and he continues to work as an attorney in his law firm. Throughout his career, he has become an expert in the areas of civil litigation and business law, and he works with clients on a daily basis in these areas. He also was part owner in a company that developed long range night vision devices, and by necessity became quite familiar with the International Trafficking in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the laws on Foreign Ownership and Corrupt Influence (FOCI). Mr. Watson became involved in his profession because a friend suggested the law field might suit him, as he was very good at making logical arguments. He took his friend's advice and has never looked back.

Mr. Watson earned a JD from the University of Georgia School of Law. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also has affiliation with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy as a former panel member, the State Bar of Georgia and the National Rifle Association as a Life Member. He has held an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell for eighteen years, and is admitted to all Georgia courts, the U.S. District Court for the N.D.Ga., the U. S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He has a working knowledge of German.
