Mr. McSweeney is the former General Counsel and President of The McGraw Group of Affiliated Companies. In his 15 years with The McGraw Group in various capacities, Mr. McSweeney successfully managed internal business operations and complex legal matters, including: 3,000 first and third party litigation actions; joint venture relationships; and litigation in insurance, business and real estate matters. While leading The McGraw Group, and its flagship company Pacific Specialty Insurance Company, the Group maintained an A (excellent) rating with A.M. Mr. McSweeney holds a BA (1982) and a JD (1986) from the University of San Francisco.
