WALDORF, MD, December 10, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Trinity Fitness, a Southern Maryland based Fitness Company, has announced the expansion of their educational fat-loss program, created by Trinity Fitness Co-Owner and Registered Dietitian Kate Scott, to include sessions that are tailored to men.
The Eat Smart Program is a highly successful and popular nutrition program that changes the way participants think about food instead of simply changing what they eat. The 12-week fat-loss program includes weekly sessions where participants learn ways to simplify the changes to their diet. In addition to weekly sessions, all participants receive one-on-one contact with an Eat Smart Practitioner and daily support throughout the program.
Once the program initially found success helping participants reach their health and fat loss goals, it became apparent that a separate class for men was necessary. The new sessions will allow men to take advantage of the benefits of the educational nutrition program in a more focused environment. The first session just for men will start on January 10th.
"The majority of our Eat Smart clients are women. However, we know that men want nutrition and fat-loss advice also. Our goal is to provide an environment tailored specifically to men, with instructors who can relate to what men experience," said Kate Scott, regarding the company's expansion of the program.
The Eat Smart For Guys class will be held at the Trinity Fitness main training facility at 10406 Theodore Green Blvd in White Plains, Maryland starting January 10th. Co-ed Eat Smart classes are held at the Eat Smart facility located at 4113 Southern Business Park Drive in White Plains, MD. The next session there starts January 7th.
