Mr. Ung has 15 years of professional experience, with eight years as a manager of Yabi Sushi. Throughout his career, he has developed an expertise in operations management. On a daily basis, he is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, including the staff, food selection and presentation, as well as customer satisfaction.
He attributes his success to enjoying what he does and providing fine food for his customers. He became involved in his profession because he grew up loving to cook.
Mr. Ung was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliation with his local chamber of commerce.
