LOS ANGELES, CA, December 16, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Producers Don Carmody, David Cormican, Suzanne DeLaurentiis, Tony D'Aiuto and Vince Prezioso are developing a period scripted mafia-centered television series slated to go into production in 2015 in Canada and Italy.
The series, to be written by Mark Bacci, was conceived by John A. Gotti. The story, inspired by true events, follows the power struggle between the New York mafia and two rival mafia families in Canada. The saga begins during World War II when two Italian soldiers form a bond that brings their families to Montreal and a fight for dominance in the name of honor, justice and vengeance ensues.
Series will be produced by Don Carmody Television, Suzanne DeLaurentiis Productions and Triplicity Entertainment.
