SCOTTSDALE, AZ, December 18, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Attorney Stanley Morganstern, former managing partner of the Cleveland, Ohio firm of Morganstern, MacAdams & DeVito Co., L.P.A. has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in family law.
Drawing on nearly five decades of experience, Mr. Morganstern is highly regarded as a specialist in family law. He serves as the editor of the Domestic Relations Journal of Ohio and co general editor and contributing author of West Group's Sowald & Morganstern Domestic Relations Law, which is often cited as an authority by courts and practitioners. Although most of his practice is dedicated to family law, Mr. Morganstern also has extensive experience in business litigation involving automobile dealers.
Mr. Morganstern became interested in law as a profession as a result of reading Perry Mason books. To begin his career, he received a JD from Cleveland State University in 1967, having graduated first in his class. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University with a major in accounting. Recently inducted into Worldwide Registry, Mr. Morganstern is a member of The Cleveland Metro Bar and Ohio State Bar Associations as well as a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He attributes his success in the field to his preparation and hard work.
Mr. Morganstern has participated in seminars for the Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio CLE Institute, and the Supreme Court of Ohio Judicial College, among many others. Mr. Morganstern was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Phoenix and an elected member of the Orange City School District school board. He is honored as an AV Preeminent Attorney and trained as an arbitrator.
