    CHICAGO, IL, December 24, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- According to a recent article published by bmmagazine.co.uk, almost a third of managers claim women are not as good at their jobs when they come back from maternity leave, due to a perceived increase in family distractions. More than 40% of managers also said that they would think twice before hiring a mum for a senior role. As well as this, around 60% of mothers say they were discriminated against at work because they got pregnant. Only 40% said that their boss was completely supportive of them during their pregnancy and maternity leave.
