Mr. Nolan lends more than 40 years' professional experience to his position as partner of Perantinides & Nolan, located in Akron. Specialized in medical malpractice, he works with clients and families in the areas of wrongful death, civil rights litigation, products liability, business litigation, personal injury, vehicular liability and employment discrimination. Even more specifically, Mr. Nolan handles cases related to anesthesia errors, birth injury and trauma, hospital negligence, late cancer diagnosis, medication errors, misdiagnosis and preeclampsia. In addition to representing cases at trial and appellate levels, Mr. Nolan serves as a private mediator.
An alumnus of Akron School of Law, Mr. Nolan earned a JD in 1973. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in history. Recently, he was inducted into Worldwide Registry, and maintains affiliation with the American Bar Association, the Akron Bar Association, the Ohio Association for Justice and the Ohio State Bar Association. Additionally, he is a member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum and is a lecturer for the American Arbitration Association, the Legal Center Institute and the Akron Bar Association.
