COLUMBUS, OH, January 06, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Construction is underway on Powell Senior Living, a project of Spectrum Retirement Communities, a Denver-based company ranked in the top five senior living companies for excellence by its peers. The new senior living community will offer seniors in Powell and the surrounding areas luxurious senior living at an affordable price, with Spectrum's distinctive flexible and affordable month-to-month leasing programs.
Weis Builders is general contractor for the project, designed by architectural firm Gastinger Walker Harden + BeeTriplett Buck + Kincaid Malone.
Located in the retail district along Sawmill Parkway and Powell Road, the community will feature 126 Independent Living residences ranging in size from studio apartments to two-bedroom units. Residents can take advantage of the community's top-flight amenities, chef-inspired dining and Colors of Spectrum wellness and entertainment activities or access the many attractions in the area.
