Willig has been selected by Gov.-elect Tom Wolf to serve on the Committee on Labor and Industry, a transition review team.

Wolf has chosen professionals from a wide array of industries to serve on his transition review teams. These committee members will review policies in areas such as education, aging, fish and game, banking, health, environment and agriculture. The transition review teams will collaborate with the outgoing administration to better understand the issues and challenges that the executive branch faces.
Willig has fought for the rights of working people and their families since she founded Willig, Williams & Davidson in 1979. As a labor and employment lawyer, she represents a wide range of labor unions including public school teachers, public health workers, firefighters, Teamsters, and orchestra musicians. Her work for both public and private sector unions includes handling contract negotiations, presenting interest and grievance arbitrations, and advising clients on internal union governance and staff matters.
