Mr. Sokol has more than 36 years of career experience, which has enabled him to establish himself as an expert in representing a broad range of professionals. He represents prime contractors, subcontractors, real property managers, small corporations, sureties, fidelity insurers and creditors in bankruptcy courts throughout the country. He also has earned expertise in handling complex corporate, commercial, construction and real property litigation, arbitrations and mediations.

Determined to earn a quality educational background, Mr. Sokol received a JD from Northwestern School of Law in 1977.
