Attorney Debra Weisberg has been specializing in family and matrimonial law since 1998, when she joined Donahue Hagan. Named as a partner in the firm in 2001, she has been recognized by both the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Association as an exceptional leader and attorney. She is an experienced litigator who has successfully tried and settled many cases involving custody, parenting time, alimony, child support, equitable distribution, and domestic violence. She also handles prenuptial agreements, palimony matters and appeals.

Ms. Weisberg has been listed as a New Jersey Super Lawyer in the area of family law from 2007 through 2014 and was listed as one of the Top 50 Woman Lawyers in New Jersey from 2009 to 2014. She was also listed among the Ten Leaders of Morris County Law in 2005 and among the Ten Leaders: Forty Five and Under in Matrimonial and Divorce Law in 2004 and 2005. In 2003, she was honored with the New Jersey State Bar Association Young Lawyer of the Year Award.

Ms. Weisberg received her JD from Seton Hall University School of Law which recently recognized her as a distinguished alumna for her involvement in the legal community and achievement as a family law attorney. Inducted into Worldwide Registry this month, Ms. Weisberg is a member of the Family Law Section of the Morris County Bar Association, and serves on the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section. She is a past President and Trustee of the Morris County Bar Association and Foundation.

She volunteers as an early settlement panelist and also frequently lectures on topics in the matrimonial and family law field for the Morris County Bar, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
