James Pease Gives a Webinar on Reliable Delivery of Capital Projects with Lean Integrated Project Delivery

    ARLINGTON, VA, January 14, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- James Pease, the Senior Project Manager for Sutter Health Facility and Property Services, will give a lecture "Reliable Delivery of Capital Projects with Lean Integrated Project Delivery." Pease brings over 7 years of experience in managing projects for Sutter Health and has completed ten projects with an Integrated Form of Agreement, ranging in value from $3 million to $160 million. Pease is currently serving as the Leader for the Northern California Community of Practice (CoP) of the Lean Construction Institute. He has been managing complex healthcare construction projects for the last 11 years, holds a B.S. in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego, and is a licensed CA general contractor.

The Webinar is an American Institute of Architects/CES registered course for 1.5 LU credits. As more building professionals and architects incorporate lean design into projects, trimming project budgets and timelines, industry leaders are interested in learning about positive outcomes - and how to achieve them.
