Château Palmer is the top estate of the Margaux appellation after Château Margaux, with over two centuries of history. Palmer is a third classified growth in the appellation in the Bordeaux region of France.

Enjoy a 5-course French dinner to be prepared by Sofitel Manila's newly appointed Executive Chef Denis Vecchiato.  The exquisite menu will be paired with 5 different Chateau Palmer wines that have incredible complexity. The subtle balance between the aromatic richness and powerful yet estrained tannins make Palmer a wine of incomparable charm.
