WILMINGTON, NC, January 16, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- 2015 has begun. The start of a new year is a time of change and renewed commitment. Some of us will try to lose a few pounds or stop smoking perhaps. That will last for just a short time for many people, as many of us have a decided tendency lose our focus, forget our resolutions and give up. Giving up, especially in regards to New Year's resolutions, happens so often it has become a cliche. Anthony Wright, author of 'You Can Self Heal', serves as an example to all of us. He shows us how any challenge, regardless of severity or scope, can be overcome given dedication and commitment.
Anthony Wright's story serves as inspiration to people who face healing challenges. Wright suffered through nine operations for his brain tumors and related problems. Anthony died during one operation. Though his life was saved, he lost hearing, balance and facial nerves. He lapsed into a coma, losing more than 25Kgs body weight in the following weeks and then unable to walk.
Upon returning home he was very weak and suffered with typical brain injury symptoms - fatigue and confusion with dyslexia plus memory loss. Tony wanted his life back and developed his own self recovery plan. This was a mind and body approach which proved very successful. His book, 'You Can Self Heal' is a combination of five years in Recovery; outlining all the steps to take, it is about empowerment to get well.
"You have a full year ahead of you," Wright stated, "so now is a very good time to get fit, get active, get well and get your life back in 2015."
Tony has since formed "Recovery", a business that provides inspiration and guidance for all those seeking to recover from major medical traumas. The concept is "You Can Self-Heal". He also offers services to charities such as public speaking, fundraising or training to support the recovery message.
Anthony Wright is available for media interviews and can be reached using the information below or by email at [email protected]. 'You Can Self Heal" is available at Amazon. Wright's interview can be heard at The Authors Show site at http://www.TheAuthorsShow.com. More information is available at Wright's website at http://www.AnthonyWrightRecovery.com.
Anthony Wright inspires recovery. As the result of a brain tumor, he died once, was brain damaged, nearly blinded, crippled and his face collapsed. He lost 75% of his hearing, his job, his career, his identity and his future. Today he can run two miles or walk ten. He lifts weights and plays golf (better than before, he claims). He is now a speaker, a self recovery trainer and an author of the book on self recovery.
