Ms. Crump has over 36 years of professional experience, with 17 years as a principal of Lloyd Gosselink, Attorneys at Law. Throughout her career, she has worked in electric and gas utility rate matters at state regulatory agencies, as well as with municipalities in land use, telecommunications, and other utility-related issues. On a daily basis, she is responsible for handling energy, utility, water, and municipal law cases. She became involved in her profession because law promised to be a life-long profession that would also allow her to work in, and influence, public policy. She started her legal career in municipal law, and has expanded her expertise into energy, utility, and communications law.

Ms. Crump received a J.D. from the Baylor University School of Law.
